Cancelling as a Host

If a Host cancels a booking for any reason, the Guest receives a full 100% refund automatically. Hosts who cancel repeatedly may have their account reviewed or suspended.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

If you believe a cancellation was handled incorrectly or you experienced an issue during a booking, contact our team and we will review your case within 24 hours.

Good to Know

  • All cancellations must be made through the Boombastic app.

  • Cancellations made outside the app are not eligible for refunds.

  • Boombastic reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of documented misconduct or emergency.
